How long does setup take?
Setup is about an hour or less.
Are you insured?
Fully insured.
Can we customize the print template?
Print templates customizable however the client wants.
What equipment do you use?
iPad/phone on a stand with a ring light. Prints on the spot via a DNP dye-sub printer, plus digital sharing. A spinning platform that captures slow-motion video as guests stand on it. Share-only — no prints. No DSLR, no mirrorless, no studio strobes. Never imply otherwise.
How many events have you done?
50+ events and counting.
What areas do you serve?
Chicagoland + surrounding suburbs. No travel fee anywhere in Chicagoland or surrounding suburbs.
Can I change my event date?
Date changes need at least one month's notice.
Does the 360 booth print photos?
No — the 360 booth is video and share-only, sent by SMS, AirDrop, or email. Want a physical print too? Add the selfie booth.
